- Soup making demonstration:

Chicken Paitan (creamy soup)
- Prepare Chicken Chintan (clear soup)

- Fresh ramen noodle, thick/thin

- Tasting

- Soup making demonstration:

Chicken Chintan (clear soup)
and Tonkotsu soup
- Toppings lecture
- Tasting
